Group classes

I offers ashtanga-vinyasa group classes as well as yin and restorative yoga. My classes hold a strong anatomical focus to help you understand your body from within. You will leave my classes feeling empowered and grounded.

You can find me at the Wellness centre in Anna Bay on Wednesday morning 9:30 for a gentle flow with a focus on the pelvic floor and on Thursday morning at 9:30 for an hour meditation.

Then join me for private yoga classes in combination with Ortho-Bionomy® treatments.

Ortho-Bionomy® treatments help clear patterns of pain and guide your body in finding its correct alignment. When used in combination with private yoga lessons it will help you gain more awareness about your body and retrain your brain so you can move more efficiently in a way that suits you. This will prevent pain and tension from coming back, help you prevent injuries and make you feel more at ease in your body.

In order to help you, I will combine my knowledge of Ortho-Bionomy®, meditation, breathing techniques and yoga.

Combining regular treatments with regular movement with awareness is the true key to change pain patterns, improve posture, learn to push your limits safely, improve performance or to simply feel better in your body.
