What is the difference between stretching a muscle versus releasing it? Is one better than an other or are they just different ways to care for the body?
How can we safely stretch and lengthen a part of the body?
How can we safely relax and release old habitual tension in the body?
How can stretching and releasing help our bodies to heal and return to equilibrium?
These questions and more will be answered in this workshop, led by Marie Gaboriau and Ginny Clarke.
Learn how to stretch safely using techniques such as PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) to take your flexibility to the next level.
Learn how to release unnecessary muscle tone from the muscles, joints and connective tissue to help the body rest and rejuvenate
Practice yogic techniques to aid in stretching and releasing.
