From French ski fields to Australian beaches
My journey with bodywork began in 2008 in a ski resort in France where I started studying Ortho-Bionomy® while I was working as a relaxation massage therapist. I was mainly giving post ski massages and this sparked my interest for understanding more of the human body in movement. A year later I moved to Australia, completed a Diploma in Remedial Massage and also continued to train in Ortho-Bionomy®. I settled in Australia for over 15 years and run successful clinics in Melbourne and Newcastle.
Passing on the knowledge
As well as practicing Ortho-Bionomy® and massage I love passing on the knowledge. From 2010 until 2017, I was a massage trainer for Evolve College and took hundreds of students through their Diploma of Remedial massage. My passion for anatomy is obvious and contagious! Students always enjoyed my enthusiasm and fun yet informative way to pass on knowledge. I stopped teaching massage in 2017 when my daughter was born. I then started teaching yoga instead and ran anatomy workshops for yoginis, yoga teachers and teacher training programs.
Back to the French beaches
After 15 years in Australia, 2 daughters and many more diplomas in my pocket (meditation teacher certification, more Ortho-Bionomy® and Yoga training…) my family and I decided to embark on a big world discovering journey. We took a plane to France and we are now settled in Capbreton. Here, I’m practicing Ortho-Bionomy® in a beautiful wellness centre as well as running online courses and Ortho-Bionomy sessions.
